Here's an excellent quote from the Colbert Report last night. Stephen was interviewing the director (I think) of the new film, "The Social Network." The director had a quote that I'm sure will catch on, "Socializing on the internet is to socializing as reality TV is to reality."

I've been wanting to comment on this because the quote is dead-on. But I was afraid of being accused of socializing on the internet! :)

Looks like we're both guilty now. But more than socializing I consider comments on this website to be part of an intelligent discourse on society, politics, religion, or whatever else strikes my fancy.
