Every Little Bit Helps

Canada trades a paltry $92 million with Jordan every year, but a new free trade deal still matters. It's one more headline to fight the rush toward greater protectionism coming from around the world but especially from the US and China.

Keep up the momentum Mr. Day.

I am always happy when Stock is making another free trade agreement; however, I am just as glad to see Canada actively engaging forward-looking, moderate regimes in the Middle East.

Jordan is in a tough neighborhood. Free trade will strengthen them and provide an additional layer of stability to that region.

True. I hadn't looked at it that way.
